Hi! I’m Diana Gonsalves, a former clothing designer turned Nutritional Therapist. 

My personal journey has illuminated the profound influence our surroundings, habits, connections, past experiences, fitness routines, nutrition and stress management wield over our well-being. In 2017, this set me on a path to dedicate my time to empowering women to conquer their challenges and elevate their health and wellness. 

I am a BANT registered, qualified Nutritional Therapist and my work is rooted in evidence based practices, using functional lab testing when appropriate  to help reveal the root cause of symptoms. I believe in using food to replenish the body and lifestyle practices to heal emotional and physical wellbeing.
